WRONG NAME, YET MIRACLES?

A simple question is regularly asked, and it has to have an answer.   A sister wrote it this way:

Shalom, brother Lew,   There is a close friend of mine who questions why Yahuah and His Son would answer Christians when they are invoking the pagan names.  I have taught her from Scripture about many things, which she is trying to follow, like eating kosher, keeping Sabbath, and honoring our Alahim with the True Names (Yahuah, Yahusha).   She watched a program recently, where Christians testified of some great miracles and, of course, they all called on the wrong names.   She cannot understand why Yahuah would honor their petitions.

Dear sister,

People will be asking this question until Yahusha returns.   The real answer to it is the simple fact that you've already arrived at.   What would Yahusha say if anyone came to Him and asked it?   Possibly, He would ask another question.   It might be a question something like:

Why do you resist accepting My true Name?

They are only responsible when they have been told, and to reject the Truth is what will bring upon them serious consequences.   We were told we would be hated, and one reason was over His Name.

Yahusha once said,

"If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first.   If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own.  As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world.  That is why the world hates you.   Remember the words I spoke to you:  'No servant is greater than his master.' If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also.  If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey (LISTEN TO) yours also.   They will treat you this way because of My Name, for they do not know the One who sent Me (THEY DON'T KNOW HIS NAME).   If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin.  Now, however, they have no excuse for their sin.   He who hates me hates my Father as well.   If I had not done among them what no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin.  But now they have seen these miracles, and yet they have hated both me and my Father.   But this is to fulfill what is written in their Law:  'They hated me without reason.'    John / Yahukanon 15:18-25

"I tell you the truth, My Father will give you whatever you ask in My Name.   Until now you have not asked for anything in My Name.  Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete."   John / Yahuchanon 16:23-24

These verses could be used to support the false name, but only until it is realized through personal study that the true Name was exchanged for the false one.   When anyone uses the false name, they do it innocently.   They are not responsible until they are told.  Even though the adversary would have it blotted-out forever if possible, those who the Mashiak reveals Himself to will know and love His true, and only Name.   "JESUS" has no meaning in Hebrew.    Yahusha or Yahusha means  "Yah - is our - salvation".   Signs and wonders are only for a wicked, rebellious generation  -  but we walk by our faith (emunah).   Rather than just trying to prove that "JESUS" is His true Name, by Jesuit logic (only looking at the Greek texts), we need to understand that "YAH" is contained in the Name, and isn't there in the Latinized-Greek name.

Upon learning the true Name, a sincere, humble person would go to the waters of immersion again, and call on the only Name given among men for salvation: Yahusha.

Let the nations rage against the Mashiak, and take counsel together; Yahuah will speak to them in His wrath (Ps. 2).

"Who has established all the ends of the Earth?  What is His Name, and what is His Son's name , if you know?"    Prov 30:4

Another incredible mind-numbing realization awaits all Christians:   We are engrafted into the commonwealth of Yasharal (Israel)   -  we don't "replace" Israel .   We have no business labeling ourselves with a Greek term either;   we're "Natsarim"  (Acts 24:5).     www.fossilizedcustoms.com/christian.html may shed light on what is wrong with using "kristos" to describe those who are following the Messiah of Israel.   Greek we don't need.    To attempt to justify anything pertaining to His Name or His title using Greek is the height of desperation, and absurd.    Objectively, take the name "James".   Etymologists and theologians alike all agree it was originally the Hebrew name "YaAqob".   Yet, for some reason, we see a cultural stubbornness, sometimes evoking a rage, over the true, original Name of the Mashiak of Yasharal (Israel).    There is probably a demonic spell or stronghold associated with the name of error.   People will accept the false name much more readily than the one true Name;  this is exactly what Yahusha said would happen:
"I have come in my Father's Name, and you do not accept me; but if someone else comes in his own name, you will accept him."
John / Yahuchanon  5:43-44

Now, watch the following verses carefully, because they reveal the reason for being condemned:
"For [Alahim] so loved the world that he gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.   For [Alahim] did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.    Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the Name of [Aloah's] one and only Son."  John / Yahukanon  3:16-18

"Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."   Acts 4:12

Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, so we don't want to rebel against Yahuah.   We can rebel against human traditions however, and that is the cutting-edge of where the conflicts all dwell.

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink.   The solution is not to fight about it, but be patient.   Your close friend is dealing with the fact that she is inside a "box", and you are outside that box communicating and revealing extremely challenging information.   She is at a critical point, as we were all there at one time. Let her study Scripture to prove you wrong, and she will find her way, guided by Yahusha's Spirit.

When we witness or hear of a miraculous event, we should withhold our opinion on the matter as being “from the evil one”, since if it is in fact an act of the Ruach ha’Qodesh, we have committed an unpardonable offense.  The motivation of the people involved may be unworthy, however Yahusha still performs miracles.  It is a sign of little faith in those who must seek after a sign, and any person who uses miracles as a means to gain riches has certainly received their reward in full. No further reward will be given to them.  But, even if for the wrong intention a wonderful miracle occurs, the Mashiak is preached:

“The former preach Messiah out of selfish ambition, not sincerely, supposing that they can stir up trouble for me while I am in chains. But what does it matter? The important thing is that in every way, whether from false motives or true, Messiah is preached . And because of this I rejoice.”   Phil 1:17-18
