ELIMINATING LEAVEN POINTS TO OUR CLEANING OUT MEN’S TEACHINGS FROM OUR HEARTS, PREPARING US TO RECEIVE THE GOOD SEED OF TORAH, 50 DAYS LATER AT SHABUOTH. THIS COMMEMORATES OUR DELIVERANCE FROM EGYPTIAN SLAVERY AND JUDGMENT OF ALL FIRST-BORN MALES OF MEN & ANIMALS.

The Passover was eaten on this night, the beginning of the 15th of the 1st moon, a night of vigil for the slaying of the first-born, and the great deliverance of Yisharal from Mitsrayim from the land of slavery.

For 7 days, all Yisharal is to abstain from leavened bread.

This applies to all immersed believers.

FIRST-FRUITS  - SHADOW OF THE RESURRECTION

The term BIKKURIM means “first-born” or “first-fruits”

APR 16  -  On the morrow after the weekly Shabath during Matsah, Yahusha ascended to present Himself as First-fruits around 9am.

First-fruits is rabbinically always on Abib 16; but this is not always true.

The count to Shabuoth (7 x 7 complete weeks) is determined by getting this correct. This offering, called the first-fruits, was fulfilled by Yahusha when He resurrected. During the festival of Matsah (Unleavened Bread), the High Priest would wave the first-fruits of the barley harvest on the “morrow after the Shabath.”

Yahusha became the wave-sheaf offering because the resurrection was the object, and the wave-sheaf was the shadow.

7th day of Matsah: 21st day of 1st moon

Sunset APR 16  -  sunset APR 17

(REST DAY)

LAST DAY OF MATSAH COMMEMORATES THE PASSING THROUGH WATER OF ISRAEL AND THE DROWNING OF THE ARMIES OF PHARAOH. READ SONG OF MOSHEH (EX. 15)

SHABUOTH (Hebrew, weeks) 50th day (REST DAY)

Sunset June 3 - sunset June 4, 2017

Shabuoth commemorates the giving of Torah at Sinai, the wedding anniversary for Yahuah and Yisharal. Ten Commandments is read.

The Covenant is our marriage.

From the morrow after the weekly Shabath during Matsah, we count 7 intact, true weeks to the morrow after the 7th Shabath, the morrow being the 50th day, always falling on the 1st day of a week.

THE YAHUDIM CALCULATE FROM ABIB 16 IN THEIR COUNT TO SHABUOTH, YET WE KNOW YAHUSHA WAS IN THE TOMB ON ABIB 16, AND HAD NOT YET RESURRECTED AS FIRST-FRUITS (WAVE SHEAF). SOME YEARS, Abib 16 IS FIRST-FRUITS.

TRADITIONALLY CALLED PENTECOST—GREEK FOR “COUNT 50.” FULFILLED AS RECORDED AT ACTS 2 WHEN TORAH WAS WRITTEN ON THE HEARTS OF NATSARIM, RENEWING THE COVENANT, RESTORING US TO FAVOR WITH YAHUAH THROUGH THE INDWELLING OF YAHUSHA’S SPIRIT.

IT IS NOT A BIRTHDAY, IT IS A WEDDING ANNIVERSARY.

SEE JER 31:32

 The Harvesters Are Reapers

Yom Kafar (REST DAY) 10th day of 7th moon:

Sunset Sep 29 through sunset Sep 30

THIS IS THE REDEMPTION OF THE LIVING THAT FOLLOWS THE RAISING OF THE DEAD. Closing day of festival  (REST DAY) LEV 23:36

Known as Simkat Torah (joy of Torah)

Sunset Oct 11 through sunset Oct 12

22nd day of 7th moon:  Last Great Day

YAHUSHA WAS CIRCUMCISED ON THE EIGHTH DAY AFTER HIS BIRTH, AND THIS EIGHTH DAY LOOKS FORWARD TO A RE-NEWED CREATION WHERE RIGHTEOUSNESS DWELLS. ALL HEARTS WILL BE CIRCUMCISED WITH A LOVE FOR TORAH.

"Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of a festival, or of the new moon, or of the Shabath days which are a shadow of things to come for the body of Mashiak."

Kol 2:16-17 — See also Is 8:20

Some follow new calendars  - Enochian, Creation, and “corrected” interpretations involving ‘sighted moons’ (Karaite-influenced).

To unite with the older brother we trust they know how weeks and festivals work, since there’s been no change since Yahusha walked among us.

WE DISTRIBUTE ORTHODOX HEBREW CALENDARS

Hebrew calendars from Torah Institute contain the true 7-day weeks, and are produced by Orthodox “rabbis.” Being designed by fallible men, these calendars will use certain inappropriate words such as the name of the month “Tammuz.”

Because they don’t recognize the “sign of Yunah” they consistently calculate the count to Shabuoth from Abib 16, rather than the Shabath of the week during Matsah.

 SHABUOTH, aka PENTECOST

There are 50 days between the resurrection of Yahusha and the outpouring of His Spirit on the day of Shabuoth. The resurrection fulfilled “First-fruits” (Bikkurim), and seven complete weeks later He came to indwell the 120 Natsarim on the day of Shabuoth. Yahusha was "cut-off" from the living fulfilling the Passover. The 3 days and 3 nights He was in the tomb validated His teaching authority which He gave as the sign of Yunah.

On the first day of the week during the 7-day period of Matsah,

Yahusha became the wave-sheaf offering, the Bikkurim, the first-born from the dead.

His resurrection fulfilled Bikkurim, and He presented Himself as the wave-sheaf on that morning when Miryam was the first to see Him alive. Talmudic tradition (which we ignore) says to count the 49 days.

Uyiqra 23 tells us to count the shabuoth/weeks.

A week (shabua) is 7 days, and they are intact, actual weeks, not just any grouping of 7 days. The count begins from the morrow after the Shabath during Matsah, which is Bikkurim, the Hebrew word for first-fruits, and also for first-born.

A child is metaphorically "fruit."

The counting of the 7 complete weeks leads us up to a total of 49 days, which Scripture totals for us. The morrow after the 7th Shabath is the 50th day, and it commemorates the giving of Torah at Sinai.

This day is called Shabuoth, Weeks.

Christians call this day "Pentecost" - a Greek word meaning "count 50."

Yahusha is the Bread of Life, and on Shabuoth His life joined to the minds of His followers in such a way that they received the power to guard and teach His Torah.

He writes a love for Torah on the hearts of all who receive Him.
